Greetings #winelovers! For over 15 years I have been visiting Bordeaux, and tasting the great wines from this celebrated wine region. Bordeaux has always been a standard setter for wines made worldwide, from Cabs and Merlots to Sauvignons and Semillons. It has an enduring appeal, not only for its gorgeous Medoc chateaux, its pastoral Sauternes landscapes, its medieval Saint Emilion architecture, but also for the high quality and sheer variety of its many wines, both red and white, both sweet and dry. I love to organize Bordeaux wine tastings in Europe and in the US and write often about the region for various wine magazines including Decanter and The World of Fine Wine among others.
